All items on Envato Elements are created by independent authors. Because of this and the unlimited subscription model, we do not provide direct technical support or usage advice for specific items from either the author or Envato.

What is included with your Envato Elements item?

• Documentation and tutorials

  Many authors include installation instructions, help documentation, or tutorial videos inside your downloaded ZIP file. If available, this documentation is your best first resource to set up and use an item correctly.

  Documentation is not a requirement for items on Envato Elements and may not be included with every item.

• Item description

  Each item page includes a written description that may contain important usage information from the author. Read the item description before downloading to confirm the item meets your needs and to check for important author notes.

• Item updates

  Authors periodically release updates to fix issues, maintain compatibility, and provide version improvements. To get the most up-to-date version of an item, re-download it from your My Downloads page. You will not receive email notifications when an update is available—check the item page periodically to see if a newer version is live.

What is not included with your Envato Elements item?

Envato Elements items do not include:

• Technical support from the author: Authors are not required to answer technical questions, assist with installation, or provide direct guidance on their items.
• Technical support from Envato: The Envato Elements support team does not provide item-level technical assistance.
• Support for third-party assets or integrations: If an item relies on third-party plugins, services, or assets, support for those components is not included.
