Workspaces (previously Collections): effortlessly save and organise your assets and inspiration so you can stay focused and maintain your creative flow.

Workspaces (previously Collections) make it easier to:

• Group assets by brief, client, or campaign.
• Keep your assets organized and easy to navigate
• Work on a project without constantly jumping between different parts of Envato.

• How do I move my existing work into Workspaces?

  To bring your old work across, just click the 'Migrate your previous work' button in Workspaces.

  All your existing Collections are safe, and you can choose which ones to bring into your shiny new Workspaces.

• How do bookmarks work with Workspaces?

  Bookmarking is the easiest way to organize your workflow. Every time you click the bookmark icon on an item, it is saved directly to a Workspace, allowing you to curate collections and manage your assets effectively.

  

• How do I use the Workspace Toolbar?

  Workspaces has been designed to optimize your workflow. By using the multiselect function and the toolbar, you can perform bulk tasks in just a couple of clicks.
  
  Hover your mouse over an item and tick the select box in the top right corner to get going. Then select which action you want to take from the Toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

  

  Download. It's easy to download what you need in one go. You can select multiple items from a workspace, then click 'Download' in the toolbar. 
  All your selected items will be downloaded and licensed to that workspace.
  
  Move. You can move assets between Workspaces, making it easier to keep your projects organized. Move assets, sort your Workspaces, and stay focused.
  
  Copy. Want to reuse items from one Workspace in a new project? You can multi-select those items and copy them into a new workspace effortlessly.
  
  License. Select the items you are ready to download a license for and license them in one click. You can license to the Workspace you are in, another existing Workspace or create a new one. The licenses will arrive in a tidy zip file, which, when opened, will have all the individual licenses for each item
  
  Delete. Refining your workspace doesn't have to take up time. Select the items you no longer need and delete them from your workspace

• What can I do using the Workspace Menu?

  Use the Workspace dropdown menu to make changes or perform tasks on an entire Workspace.
   

  

  Select. When you click 'Select', you then have the ability to multi-select items within your Workspace to Download, Move, Copy, License or Delete them using the toolbar. 
  
  Rename. Typos and changes of mind are normal. Rename your workspace whenever you need. Just open the Workspace menu, make your updates, and stay organized.
  
  Duplicate. Turn a Workspace you already love into the starting point for a new brief with a single click.
  
  Share. Share any Workspace so clients and collaborators can view your saved assets in one place. Make sure to tick the ‘Allow link sharing’ check box, then copy the link to share with whoever you please. Anyone with the link will be able to view the Workspace.
   

  

  Delete. Sometimes you just need a clean slate, delete an entire workspace whenever you like.
