Update your subscription payment method

In this guide, we will provide instructions on how to update your subscription payment method.

How do I update my subscription payment method?

If you have an active subscription and wish to update your subscription payment method, then follow the steps below. 

1. Visit the 'My Account' page.
   
   
   
   
2. Click 'Update payment method'.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your new payment details and click 'Confirm' button.
   
   
   
   
4. Your new payment method will be billed at the end of your current billing cycle.

If you are having trouble updating your payment method, please contact our customer success team.

What payment methods can I update?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (USD only), Apple Pay and PayPal for subscription payments. You can also use American Express with your PayPal account for payment. It's important to note that not all currency is accepted by PayPal. Please visit PayPal for further information or contact PayPal directly if you're having difficulty making a payment with your currency.

What details can I update?

You can only update your payment method here. Things like your billing address and tax information are gathered from your Envato account (SSO). As part of your Envato Elements subscription, you automatically get access to our Envato ecosystem. This means that 1 account can be used on many of our sites without needing to register.

At this time, Envato Elements does not include a feature for updating your billing and personal details.
