How do I update my subscription payment method?
If you have an active subscription and wish to update your subscription payment method, then follow the steps below:
- Visit the My Account page: click your name in the bottom-left corner, select My account.
- Go to Manage subscription section and click Payment method.
- Enter your new payment details and click 'Confirm' button.
- Your new payment method will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your subscription and payment cycle will remain the same.

What payment methods can I update?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (USD only), Apple Pay, and PayPal for subscription payments. You can also use American Express with your PayPal account for payment. It's important to note that not all currency is accepted by PayPal. Please visit PayPal for further information or contact PayPal directly if you're having difficulty making a payment with your currency.
