You can update your billing name, company name, address, and tax information directly from your Envato account. These details appear on your subscription invoices.

What billing details can I update?
From the Billing information section of your My Account page, you can update the following:
- Name — your first and last name as it appears on invoices
- Company name — the company or organisation name to display on invoices (50-character limit applies)
- Address — your billing address (street, city, country)
- Tax information — your tax ID (such as a VAT number, GSTIN, or ABN)
Note: If you want your company name or personal name to appear on your licence certificates (rather than just invoices), that is managed separately. See: Update Your Account Details

How to update your billing and personal details
- Sign in and click your name in the bottom-left corner, then select My Account.
- Go to the Manage subscription section and click Billing information.
- Make the required changes and click Save Changes.
When do changes take effect? Updates are applied to your account immediately, but will appear on your next invoice only. Envato cannot amend invoices that have already been generated.

How do I add my company name to my Envato invoices?
Go to My Account → Manage subscription → Billing information, and enter your company name in the Company name field. Click Save Changes. Your company name will appear on your next invoice. Note that a 50-character limit applies to the Company name field.

Will my company name appear on my licence certificates?
Billing details (name, company name, address) updated in the Billing information section appear on invoices only. To update the name that appears on your licence certificates, see: Update Your Account Details

Can Envato update a past invoice with my new billing details?
No. Invoices cannot be amended once they have been generated. Updated billing details will appear on your next invoice only.

Can I add my VAT number or tax ID to my Envato invoices?
