If you need to make changes to the personal billing details you provided when creating your Elements subscription such as your address or company name, you can do so via our sister-site Envato Market.
Envato Market uses the same identity system as Envato Elements Account (SSO), meaning any updates you make to your personal details in Envato Market will automatically be updated on your Envato Elements account and be reflected on your next invoice.
How do I update my billing and personal details?
- Visit Envato Market while signed into your Envato Elements account
- Hover your mouse over your username in the top-right hand corner of the navigation menu and select 'Settings' from the drop-down menu
- Select 'Personal Information'
- Make the required changes and submit
These changes will automatically be updated on your Envato Elements account and be reflected on your next invoice. At this time we cannot amend previously generated invoices.

Why do I need to update my details on Envato Market?
We use SSO (single sign-on) so that it’s nice and easy to use our Envato ecosystem. This means that 1 account can be used on multiple sites without needing to register. At this time, Envato Elements does not include the feature for updating your billing and personal details. We’re hoping to include this feature in the near future.
Signing in with Google
Signing up or signing in with Google is only available on the Envato Account Center and Envato Elements at this time. You will still be able to access all other areas of Envato with your Envato account by signing in via the Envato Account Center or Envato Elements. Once signed in successfully, you can then visit Envato market to update your billing details.
