You can update the payment method linked to your Envato subscription at any time from your My Account page.

How do I update my subscription payment method?
- Click your name in the bottom-left corner of the Envato app and select My Account.
- Go to the Manage subscription section and click Payment method.
- Enter your new payment details and click Confirm.
When does the change take effect? Your new payment method will be used from the end of your current billing cycle. Your subscription and billing date will not change. If you have trouble updating your payment method, contact the Envato Customer Success team.
Which payment method switches are supported?
You can switch between credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay in any of the following combinations:

What payment methods does Envato accept?
Envato subscription currently accepts the following payment methods for subscription payments:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express — USD only (can also be used via PayPal).
- Apple Pay — compatible Apple devices only; Safari only on desktop.
- PayPal
Note on PayPal currencies: Not all currencies are accepted by PayPal. If you are having difficulty making a payment with your currency via PayPal, visit PayPal's country and currency support page or contact PayPal directly.
What else can I update on this page?
This page lets you update your payment method only. The following changes must be made elsewhere:

Note: Envato cannot amend invoices that have already been generated. Changes to billing details apply to future invoices only.

When does my new payment method take effect?
Your new payment method takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Until then, your existing payment method will be used for any charges due. Your subscription dates and billing cycle do not change when you update your payment method.

Can I switch from Apple Pay to a credit card?
Yes. You can switch from Apple Pay to a credit card, or from a credit card to Apple Pay, at any time from the Payment method section of your My Account page. See the payment method switch table above for all supported combinations.
