Cancel Your Subscription

We're sad to see you go, but we're here to assist you with anything you need. You have the option to cancel your Envato Elements subscription whenever you want. To do so, please follow the steps provided below.

• How do I cancel my Envato Elements subscription?

  1. While logged in to Envato Elements, click My Account from the menu under your profile.

     New Envato experience: click your name in the bottom-left corner, select My account.

  2. You will find 'Cancel subscription' option in 'Manage subscription' section.
     
  3. Read the details of your cancellation request.
  4. Help us improve by filling out the survey (optional).
  5. If you wish to continue, click 'Cancel My Subscription'.
  6. Your subscription will now be cancelled and will not be renewed.

  You will have access to Envato Elements (you can still use items and create new projects) until the day your next subscription payment is due to be billed. If you cancel a subscription that you started at a promotional price, you will not be able to resubscribe at the discounted rate should you decide to renew.

• What will happen after I cancel?

  Between now and the date your subscription would have renewed:

  • Your current subscription will still be valid.
  • You can continue downloading and creating new licenses.
  • There will not be any pro-rata refunds.

  After the date your subscription would have renewed:

  • Your payment method will no longer be charged unless you choose to resubscribe.
  • You will be able to see a list of items you have previously licensed and continue using them for the projects they are licensed for.
  • You will not be able to download any new items, including previously licensed items.
  • You can’t use an Item to create an End Product after your subscription ends, even if you have downloaded the item prior to the cancellation.
  • You will not be able to create new licenses for any item, including previously licensed items.

  • You may still use the End product for its project use. The only condition is that the End Product was completed while the subscription was still active. Check our Correct Usage of Items and Prohibited Usage of Items for more details.

  • If you resubscribe, you will be charged a new subscription price (whatever the latest is at the time).
