Signing up for a Team subscription plan is straightforward. You can join through our Envato Elements sign-up page here. Just select the number of team members for your plan (up to five, including yourself) and choose a licensing plan (individual or company). We provide options for both Monthly and Annual plans/payments.

Signing up as a team owner
When you sign up and create a Teams account, you will automatically be assigned as the ‘Owner’ of the account. This gives you admin privileges including the ability to invite members, modify the number of seat members, and delete/replace members.

Joining as a team member
You can join your team by email invitation. When you receive your invitation, click on the Join Your Team button in the body of the email to get started. You will have the option to join a team using your existing Individual Envato Elements account or you can join by creating a new account. The option to join using your existing account will only be displayed if you have an active Envato Elements subscription or you're a historical subscriber with an account.
Once you’ve signed up, you will be presented with a welcome screen, then you can start browsing assets by clicking on the Start browsing button.
If you joined your team using your existing account and you have an active paid subscription with us, you'll be prompted to cancel your individual account for the end of the current billing period. If you forget to cancel your subscription here, you can do so anytime by going to your My Account page.
If you would like to see what your team members have downloaded, click the View team assets link. You can view your team assets anytime by clicking My Downloads.
By joining a team as a member using your existing account, if you have previously downloaded assets, you will lose visibility of them. You will only be able to view your shared team assets going forward. Once you leave your team, your account will revert to a free Envato account and you will have visibility of your previous individual downloaded assets again.
By joining a team, you will not be able to license assets for personal/individual use.
