Signing up to a team is easy. Please read below for instructions on how to do so.
How do I sign up?
Simply join through our Elements sign-up page here. You can then choose the number of team members for your plan (up to five team members including yourself) and a licensing plan (individual or company). We offer a choice between Monthly and Annual plans/payments.
Signing up as a team owner
When you sign up and create a Teams account, you will automatically be assigned as the ‘Owner’ of the account. This gives you admin privileges including the ability to invite members, modify the number of seat members, and delete/replace members.
Joining as a team member
You can join your team by email invitation. When you receive your invitation, click on the Join Your Team button in the body of the email to get started. You will have the option to join a team using your existing Individual Elements account or you can join by creating a new account. The option to join using your existing account will only be displayed if you have an active Elements subscription or you're a historical subscriber with an account.
Once you’ve signed up, you will be presented with a welcome screen, then you can start browsing assets by clicking on the Start browsing button.
Note - If you joined your team using your existing account and you have an active paid subscription with us, you'll be prompted to cancel your individual account at this stage. If you forget to cancel your subscription here, you can do so anytime by going to your My Account page.
If you would like to see what your team members have downloaded, click the View team assets link. Tip - you can view your team assets anytime by clicking My Downloads.
Important: By joining a team as a member using your existing account, if you have previously downloaded assets, you will lose visibility of them. You will only be able to view your shared team assets going forward. Once you leave your team, your account will revert to a free SSO account and you will have visibility of your previous individual downloaded assets again.
By joining a team, you will not be able to license assets for personal/individual use.
Upgrading from an existing Individual Elements subscription to a Teams subscription
You can quickly and easily upgrade your existing Individual subscription to a Teams subscription by clicking on the Upgrade to teams button from your My Account page. Or you can click on Find out more to read more about Teams which will give you the option to upgrade. If you are signed out of your Individual Elements subscription, you can also upgrade from our pricing page here. Simply sign in to your account when prompted.
Note - By upgrading your existing Individual Elements subscription to a Teams subscription, you will automatically become the team owner. Once your account has been set up, you can invite team members to your new team.
If you’re an Individual Monthly subscriber, you can upgrade to a Teams Monthly or Teams Annual subscription.
If you’re an Individual Annual subscriber, you can upgrade to a Teams Annual subscription only.
