Creative stock assets: Subject to our Fair Use Policy, no limits apply to downloads of creative assets! Your one great-value Envato subscription allows you to download any stock asset you want, as many times as you like.
AI Tools: For Individual, Team and Student plan customers, until 25 February, 2026, no limits apply to AI generations (except videos with speech, which remain subject to limits). After this time, Individual, Team and Student plan customers will receive 10 AI generations a month. For Enterprise customers on applicable plans that have access to AI, no limits apply to AI generations. AI generations are subject to our Fair Use Policy.
A few key things to keep in mind:
- You must ensure that your use of Envato Elements assets complies with our User Terms, Fair Use Policy and the Envato Elements license, or if you’re an Enterprise Customer, the terms of your specific Enterprise Agreement.

License each asset you download or use
Each time you use an item in a project, you must create a new and separate license for that use. Remember you must have an active subscription to use any downloaded items in new projects. -
Scraping, bots, scripts or any automated downloading tools are not allowed
You cannot use scripts or bots to mass download assets or mass generate content, or engage in activities that suggest inappropriate, excessive, or unusual use patterns (including sharing of accounts, or engaging in excessively high downloads in a short period of time). -
Account access is limited to one person
It's an individual subscription - i.e. for one named person. Your account details must not be shared with others, even those in the same business or organization.
Where we believe any of these rules have been breached, we may suspend or revoke your account access.
