If you receive an error when trying to sign up or sign in with your social account, the most common cause is that your existing Envato account has two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. You must disable two-factor authentication on your account before you can use social sign-in.
To disable 2FA, see: Two-Factor Authentication on Envato. If you have disabled 2FA and continue to receive an error, contact the Envato support team for assistance.
What happens if I change my social account email address?
If you request a change to the email address on your Envato account, your social account will be automatically disconnected. A password reset will also be triggered so you can sign in using your new email address and password. Once the change is complete, you can reconnect to your new social account if you wish.

You can disconnect your social account at any time from your Envato account settings. Once disconnected, you can sign in using your Envato username or email address and password instead.
To disconnect your social account:
- Log in to your Envato account.
