If you're having trouble logging into your Envato Elements account or if you no longer have access to the email you used to register, please reach out to the Envato Customer Success Team for assistance.
We ask you to provide the following information when contacting our Team:
- The first and last names listed on the account
- Current email address on the account
- The billing address on the account
- Name of the most recent item downloaded on Envato Elements
- The date of the most recent transaction or subscription renewal
- PayPal account email address related to the last transaction, transaction ID, or the last 4 digits of the credit card used for the subscription.
