Envato Elements does not generally offer refunds on subscription payments, due to the nature of digital content. Refunds may be issued where required by applicable consumer protection laws, or as otherwise described in the Envato Elements User Terms.

When is a refund generally not available?
Envato Elements does not have an obligation to provide a refund in the following situations:
- You changed your mind about your subscription, or subscribed by mistake.
- You are not satisfied with the content library — for example, you could not find the content you were looking for.
- You do not have the software or skills to use the items available in the library.
- You are requesting a goodwill refund without any other basis.
- You can no longer access any of your desired items because they have been removed from Envato Elements (we advise you to download items as soon as you license them to avoid this situation)

Can I get a partial refund on an annual subscription?
No. If you have already used your annual subscription and downloaded items, Envato is unable to offer a partial refund. Your plan will remain active until the end of your annual billing period and will renew automatically unless you cancel.
If you are unsure whether you need an annual plan, consider starting with a monthly plan instead.
If I am eligible for a refund, how will it be issued?
If Envato determines that a refund is appropriate, it will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Currency: The refund will be issued in the currency Envato offered at the time of purchase (either USD, EUR, or GBP), under the rules of the relevant payment method.
- Currency conversion costs: You are responsible for all costs associated with any currency conversion. Your financial institution handles the conversion and may charge additional fees, including international transaction fees. Envato does not control exchange rates or your financial institution's fees.
- Timeframe: Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
