How do I access the Twenty20 photo library via my Elements account?

Introduction
Twenty20 allows Envato Elements customers access to over 50 million photos. If you’re an Elements customer and experiencing issues with accessing or connecting to Twenty20, please have a look at some of the most common issues and solutions below to have you up and running.
How do I access the Twenty20 photo library via my Elements account?
There are a number of ways to access the Twenty20 photo library via your Elements account.
- From the header menu, hover over the Photos menu and then click on Twenty20 Photos. You’ll be navigated to the Twenty20 photo library where you can browse, search and download photos.
- If you’re already browsing in the photo library, a Twenty20 clickable tile will be displayed as your very first image (top left). Clicking on this image to take you to the Twenty20 photo library.
Note - If you are searching for a specific item in the photo library, your results will still display the Twenty20 tile as your first image.
- When going to the Twenty20 site directly, click Sign in (top right corner). You’ll be taken to the sign-in page. From here, click on the Envato logo. If you’re already signed into Elements, Twenty20 will attempt to log you in via your Envato Elements credentials. If it’s successful, you’ll be taken to the Twenty20 photo gallery. If you’re signed out of Envato Elements, you’ll be taken to the Envato sign-in page where you can enter your Elements credentials.
Note - if you’re a new user or accessing Twenty20 for the first time, you’ll be presented with a Twenty20 welcome page pop-up upon first accessing Twenty20 using any of the methods above.
I can’t see the Twenty20 photo library via Elements.
As a first step, try logging out and logging back into your account using the Envato sign-in page.
If you’re still unsuccessful in accessing Twenty20, you can clear your browser cache and cookies and try again.

I have an Elements and Twenty20 account. How do I merge them?
If you’re an Elements with a Twenty20 account, the first time you click on the Twenty20 tile in the photo library or the Twenty20 Photos link in the header menu in Elements, you’ll be prompted to merge your Elements and Twenty20 account.
- To merge your account via the Twenty20 sign-in modal, enter your Twenty20 email address and password.
- Click sign-in to merge your accounts.
I've followed the steps above to merge by Elements and Twenty20 accounts and I’m having trouble merging my accounts and/or seeing an error message.
If you’re seeing an error or your accounts do not merge, please follow the instructions below.
- Clear your cache/cookies.

- Ensure that you’re not logged into your Twenty20 account before trying to merge. Go to Twenty20 and log out of your account.
- We would also recommend logging out of your Envato account.
- Log back into your Elements account via the Envato sign-in page.
- Navigate to Twenty20 using one of the following methods:
- Via the Elements header menu by hovering over the Photos menu and then clicking on Twenty20
- Heading over to the photo library and clicking on the Twenty20 tile (the first one visible to you).
- You should now be prompted to merge your accounts.

Please clear your cache and cookies again and try logging into Elements directly via Twenty20.
- Go to Twenty20.com and log in directly with your Twenty20 registered email address and password.
- Once you’re logged in, go to you Settings > Account, you should see an option Connect an existing Envato account. Clicking on this will take you to the Envato sign-in page. Sign in using your Envato credentials. If you're successful, you should be redirected back to Twenty20 and see the prompt to merge your accounts.
If neither of these options work, please clear your cache and cookies again and try logging into Elements in one of the following ways:
- Try logging into Envato Elements as instructed above, using an alternate browser
- Try logging into Envato Elements as instructed above, using a private or incognito mode in your existing browser
