FAQ for Buyers
What if I have an exemption from US sales tax?
If you have been granted a sales tax exemption due to the status of your organisation (e.g. not for profit charities, government organisation, religious bodies or educational organisations), we are able apply your exemption to your account for your subscription.
Please email a copy of the applicable certificate of exemption to firstname.lastname@example.org for verification. Once approved, the exemption can be applied to your account.
If you are a new user without a subscription, please proceed with subscribing and provide your subscription details via email to email@example.com along with your exemption certificate. Once the exemption certificate is verified, we will issue a refund and mark your account as ‘tax exempt’ so you can proceed with resubscribing with no tax applied.
